AMAZING QUALITY & GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! February 18, 2024 Reviewer: Chris Carrino from Tampa, FL United States   I purchased 7 of the Name step stools after seeing this in my friends house.  I have several friends and family that all have kids who are the perfect age for this!!! They all came out beautifully!!!  There was a small issue with one of the orders, but NO Worries at all!!! I called customer service and they offered a quick solution and were quick to communicate throughout the process!!! I am VERY satisfied & HIGHLY recommend this, I will be purchasing again soon!!! Classic personalized footstool February 17, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Fremont, OH United States   The footstool is sturdy and a hardy play and learning tool.  Babies/children learn colors, letters in their name, use as a table and finally a footstool to reach up on counters.  The Primary color footstool is a favorite for baby gifts. Yet I was told it could ship early as you were ahead of schedule to getting it on time not early. Yet, not disappointed at all. It was around holidays and as everywhere things can get a little crazy. Personalized child's wooden stool December 8, 2023 Reviewer: MaryJane Bayer from Reading, MI United States   I purchased two.   One stool had a damaged letter.  Customer service addressed the problem immediately.   I sent the damaged letter back and I am waiting for a replacement.  Hopefully it will arrive before Christmas.  Otherwise, the quality of the stool is very good and sturdy.  So far, good customer service.
