Another winner February 19, 2023 Reviewer: Scott M. Personalized step stool February 11, 2015 Reviewer: barbara smith from richmond, KY United States   This was a customized order.  I called customer service and the response was excellent!  She was patient and explained the difficulty with the customization that I requested.  Instead of telling me " it can't be done", she found a different supplier and gave me exactly what I requested!  First class communication skills and products.  I will order from you again.
