I am very happy from the ordering process through receiving the bank.  They contacted me regarding the colors and showed me an example how what they suggested for color.  This is my second bank I ordered for a grandchild .  I love them so much that I place another order for 10 more, for the rest of the grandchildren's Christmas presents.  I have not received them yet, but assure me you will not be disappointed.
