There were a few bumps in the road but they all worked out everyone was extremely helpful all the time and very responsive to answering emails as soon as possible. This is a tradition that I have done for many many years and I will continue to do so enjoy the product and the good customer service

The plastic rap was put on clothes/jacket  rack before pegs were put in…. Cannot get all plastic off around the pegs!  Otherwise very satisfied!

I ordered three, customized coat rack/peg boards for the grandchildren.
They are beautiful!
However, one suggestion - don't hammer the pegs in over the plastic wrap.  It took me quite a while to go around each peg with an exacto knife in order to remove the plastic.  Not happy about that!
